My Story
A Life Shaped by Curiosity, Craft, and Connection
I grew up in the British countryside, raised by parents who taught me that good taste is a way of life. My father, who spent his career discovering the world through the wine business, taught me that every bottle has a story to tell. My mother, a truly fabulous cook, showed me that food is the ultimate invitation; she always set a beautiful table (and still does) to accompany her amazing meals, a ritual that multiple generations of our family have long cherished. Growing up at their table, I learned that wine sparks conversation and that travel is the bridge between cultures.
What began as a childhood passion became a lifelong pursuit. As a French-trained pastry chef and certified wine professional, my career has taken me from the wild, untouched landscapes of Alaska to the vibrant, sun-drenched heart of Hawaii. Yet, throughout these travels, I discovered a singular truth: the most profound experiences aren't found on a tourist checklist. They are found at the table.
